Yes, the folks there were really kind to us. However, we went there as a first time customer trying to find a vet, so we got a free visit. However, that visit did not address the problem that brought us in there. What ended up occurring was that they quickly rattled off a huge list of things that we should pay for to keep our dog healthy. It was super fast, super confusing and really just a refined sales pitch. There was not discussion of the fees for the two immunizations we got until the bill came. We called to let them know the problem we brought the dog in for was getting worse and they suggested we just come back in...2 days later. No way. The people were nice, but not pleased with the business practice.

I have loved this clinic from the very first visit with my cat almost ten years ago. The entire staff is knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. They all make the pet lover sounds when I bring in my cats. Dr. Duncan is the only vet that my old, grumpy cat has ever liked enough to keep her claws tucked away during an exam. Over the years, he has saved the lives of two of my cats. He also spotted an issue with my third kitty that led to a diagnosis which was missed by the emergency vet. Unfortunately she didn't make it. The awesome staff sent us a sweet condolence card even though they did not get the chance to treat her. Over the years, I have seen the same smiling faces at Willakenzie which ensures that this is the best place for my fur babies. Plus, they have mini candy bars at the desk. Love it!

This was by far the best experience me or my dog have had at the vet. The staff was incredibly welcoming (my dog was a new patient) and enthusiastic about the care of my dog. They were thorough and really seemed to care about my guys wellbeing. I will never take him anywhere else, and that's the best compliment I can give them.

I would say "Good" but our cat has developed a lump under her chin, and due to the location we were not sure if it's an abscess or a tooth infection. After dropping her off, we expected to get a response on what happened to her but we got no call back. We called back a few hours after dropping her off and they had NO idea what they were doing. They did not "see" a lump when it was clearly visible and has irritated the cat when touching close to it. Typically abscesses are drained during their visit, that has been the case every time we've had problems with our animals. They only offered us antibiotics so see what happens next. We had no diagnosis of what was really wrong. For how much these businesses cost, we expect better than this. We only took our pet here because we moved close by, but after our first visit we will never return. Amazon animal park clinic has always been amazing to us. So I guess we'll take the extra trip to make sure our loved ones are dealt with my competent professionals. Never again!
