I have two puppies. That pet wellness program is the best freaking thing ever. I'm SOOO glad I did that. While it's not exactly insurance it has saved me a ton of money. And I have called lots of times with questions and they were supergreat about helping me out.

I took my 12 1/2 week puppy here for his first exam and shots and the vet that I saw was wonderful. She was tired from lots of clients as she admitted, but she patiently answered all of my "first puppy" questions and took a lot of time with me (I was a complete novice and her patience truly was impressive). My puppy was treated well and the exam was thorough enough in my opinion. He got his shots and de-wormer and we were on our way. I would have given them 5 stars, but the receptionist (blond hair & glasses, not sure of her name) was a bit short with me when we were checking out. I am a new puppy parent, but have been to a lot of other vets for my other animals and their receptionists/front desk staff have never acted like that. We were nice and there was a puppy (well-behaved and supremely cute) there for goodness sakes! At any rate, I will take my boy back in and we signed up for the wellness plan because it was a great deal. One last thing--to the person that went on a small tangent about vaccines, please note that diseases that they vaccinate against are to protect your animal--parvo & leptosporidosis (sp?) , etc.... will kill your dog. This is a scientific fact. If you choose not to vaccinate, you are putting your animal at risk for diseases that can be prevented. If you choose not to vaccinate yourself, that's fine and dandy, but animals depend on you for care. Don't blame anyone except yourself if your animal gets sick because he ate contaminated dirt on a walk or acquired a life-threatening disease another way. It is pure science, not an up-sell or anything like that. And, to be clear, I am very open to holistic medicine in some cases and will use it when I can and it is effective. I wish your pet the best possible life.

I tried taking my dog to other clinics but they would not see him because he is a "special" case. This clinic took time to get to know him and let him get used to them before ever greeting him. This is good because my pup has some aggression issues. They did everything in their power to make sure our visit was as stress free as possible and they do their best to keep the doctor/nurse he sees as consistent as possible, which in our case is the best thing for my furball. They are a great clinic and I will be returning to them again and again!

Total scam company. I called to ask a price for ear cleaning and nail trimming, they give me a quote, I get there and they want to charge me for an exam and vaccinations my dog does not need in order to clean her ears. They claim she must have vaccinations in order to get her ears cleaned? This is a total scam. Vaccinations are full of mercury and thalidomide and are toxic to pets and humans, they could very well lower her immune system cause an infection and kill her. I will never do business with these evil money grubbing scumbags ever again. I recommend a holistic vet who will not force chemicals and poisons on your dog when you request a routine procedure. I've had dogs for over 20 years and this is a new scheme as part of this new eugenics vaccination agenda. BEWARE!
