I rescued a 4 week old puppy from awful living conditions and Banfield was nothing but helpful. Especially when I was overprotective and came in 3 or 4 times for no reason. Their Wellness Plan has saved me a lot of money for office visits, shots and getting my dog fixed. I was unhappy with a vet tech and the vet addressed my concerns immediately. I have been very happy with this particular branch of Banfield Pet Hospital. It's the only one I will go to.

Horrible service that was only made worse by the vet that should honestly re evaluate her choice of professions. Was told on the phone to come in as a walk in as my dog had an ear infection. Waited 30 mins only to be told the vet decided not to see any walk ins even though my dog was in visible discomfort. So much for easing the suffering of animals.
