I waited an hour to get a pet food prescription card printed. The process normally takes less than 5 minutes but for some reason the receptionist was too busy chatting with coworkers and assisting other customers to push the print button. I can't imagine what the service is like for something more complex.

Dr.s Pierce and Carson are wonderful and truly care about animals. Dr. Carson was thorough and clear in her examination of my dog. She was compassionate and helpful as we discussed my dog's diagnosis and treatment plan.
