I have taken my dog here many times and have always been happy with the vets we've seen. However, the front desk service is awful and every single time I want to tell them they need to smile more. They are not warm and don't greet you very nicely. I feel that the cost of medications and treatments need to be discussed prior and that didn't happen the last visit. The new veterinarian I met almost gave my dog a $100 non-emergent cortisone shot without discussing the price first. He prescribed antibiotics and told me they were much cheaper than the shot but they needed up being $70. I suppose I am doubting his diagnosis and unsure if my dog really needs antibiotics. For that reason I am thinking about finding a new vet.

Although I have gone to this location for many years (and spent quite a bit of money on all of my many animals) I find "Sue" the office receptionist with a very bad attitude and so unwelcoming that I want to have my animals records transferred to another location. I have been very happy with the vets here but shouldn't have to put up with a snotty cranky front end clerk

They are kind, knowledgeable and aware of financial concerns without cheapening our love of our pets.

We have used this pet clinic for years. We had a neighborhood cat that does not have an owner but we all pitched in to get what we thought was a tumor taken off his side. This clinic went above and beyond the call of duty to give him surgery and take care of Jack. We always have excellent care here and would not take our animals to any other clinic. This clinic is the best we have ever found. Please use them as you will never go anywhere else either.

Every Vet here is caring and understanding. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
