Both Drs. Rasmussen and Foss, as well as the staff have always gone the extra mile to meet our pets needs and keep them well and happy. Twice in the past year or so, they have "squeezed us in" to attend to our pets in an urgent situation. Everyone in the clinic is friendly and affectionate with our pets. We appreciate the time they take to fully explain procedures and give us the opportunity to as lots of questions, that I'm sure they answer over and over again with other anxious pet owners. We had been using another practice; but when they weren't available for an emergency, we looked around and found Alpine. They are by far the best we've met after years of owning and caring for pets.

This is posted under Lisa, but is actually her husband Bob since we share email account. Been bringing my dogs to Alpine for many years with no complaints. Get a rabies shot for my dog this week and get hit with a $45 fee for a 3 minute 'exam'. Total cost $68! Seemed way high so I checked other vets in the area. They throw in the exam for free. Found one that only charges $16 total, shot and exam! Expressed my dissatisfaction of getting hit with a hidden fee and I get 'sorry'. Satisfied customer service and cost disclosure is definitely lacking. I don't enjoy badmouthing a local business, would rather support it, but I highly recommend shopping around before you bring your pet in.
