TERRIBLE. Answered their ad for a rescue kitten. The kitten was supposed to arrive at a set time, and no one ever showed up. I called Claymore, no answer. Finally, over an hour after I was supposed to receive said kitten, I got a call back. I explained the issue, and I was told that they didn't like the looks of the neighborhood so they weren't comfortable adopting the kitten out to me. That is downright ridiculous. They are hardly running the Ritz. The least they could have done was called me and explained themselves, rather than leaving me waiting with an upset child for over an hour.
