In the past I have written numerous 5 star reviews for Companion. Today I wish there was a way to check 6 or 7. About a month ago we brought our matronly cat, Cleo in for an issue with her eyes. While out doing errands they did some tests to determine what the issue was without calling our cell. When we got the bill for the $150 in lab fees I felt a little funny. While I would have authorized the tests, I had an issue of being informed first. Still, no hard feelings, and they did a great job as always. Yesterday we stopped by to buy some more meds for Cleo and there was a $150 credit on our account. We asked what it was for and they had no answer. On the way home we realized they had refunded the $150 for the lab fees. This speaks volumes to the heart and soul of the people at Companion. We have been dealing with them for around 18 years and have had nothing but excellent, professional care with a heart. If you have any misgivings about your current vet, I would highly recommend you give Companion a try!

We have been taking our pets to Companion since we moved to Klamath Falls in 2010. The staff is competent, professional, patient,helpful and friendly with our dogs and with us. We especially like their no appointment / first come, first serve policy. We feel confident knowing they are there for us when needed. George & Linda Orth

We have been taking family pets to Companion pet clinic for over 20 years. Dr. Wilson and his staff have taken care of many procedures from puppy shots, to an amputation, to neutering bunnies, to putting our old beloved pets down. Every visit is handled with compassion and care. I appreciate that the re-checks are always free, but most importantly I appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I greatly appreciate the years of care Companion Pet Clinic has shown to my fur family have received. I have always appreciated the care and support they have shown regardless of how busy they and their staff our. Kudos!

I have been going to Companion for 8 years. They always have a vet on duty during business hours, which sounds normal, but I took a friend with a very sick puppy to Klamath about a year ago. He asked to go to a certain clinic and I took him, although, I wanted to take him to Companion. They did not have a vet on duty when we got there and told us to go to this other clinic, which we did, they also did not have a vet on duty, and sent us to another clinic. They also did not have a vet on duty. So I said Companion. They saw us right away, but by that time it was to late to help the puppy. I know you think that it is impossible to have 3 clinic with no vet on duty, but I swear it happen. I have never gone to Companion without a vet there. Their prices are always very reasonable, and their staff is always friendly and very kind when you are upset about one of your best friends.
