I've been to several vets in the area and Dr. Poet is the best by far! He's caring, gentle and thorough. My dogs love him.

We have been taking our pets here for years. The entire staff is wonderful, always concerned with the well being of our pets. We've gone through two very difficult decisions to put down two of our older pets, and they made sure that we were informed of the entire process and that our pets were as comfortable as possible. I wouldn't trust my dog or cat to anyone else!

Haven't been to the East Medford site, but Best Friends @ West Medford vet is AMAZING. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who made personal connections with us and our puppy. Very affordable and very clean. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Love them!
