I stopped going to this vet a few years ago when I noticed the high turnover of employees, total rip offs on surgeries ($1000 for a cat neuter - even though it was a unique procedure All Creatures told me they would have only charged me $25!). They are rude to their customers and ignore them while they continue with their private conversations. Nor do they seem to really give a damn about your pets. Not worth the time or money.
I have always taken my precious dogs and cats to Siskiyou vet and they've been caring and gentle. The doctors and staff are all top-notch. Don't waste your time going anywhere else!
