We have been with Dr. Kellogg and his staff since my dog Willy was just a year old. Dr. Kellogg is one of the most compassionate and able surgeon/veterinarians I have known. He has a true gift and it is evident in the care that Willy has received over the last 12 years. I have used other competent vets with my previous pets. Dr. Kellogg is the best I've come across.

Bad, bad, bad. We adopted a kitten from a friend and in good faith took it to Burlingame to get a check up/shots. The desk girl was nice enough, however the vet assistant and vet were extremely rude and condescending. The assistant appeared to be in a foul mood from the moment she entered the room and was overly aggressive about why we had not got the cat neutered yet (Uh that's why we came to your office, all in due time), seemingly threatening to detain the cat if we did not pay up that very moment and continued to be combative even after we explained we would take care of this clearly important operation as soon as our next paychecks cleared (their prices were very high). I have never had to explain my financial situation to a vet assistant, let alone ever expected to be basically accused of improperly taking care of an animal that they themselves described as being in fine health. The vet wasn't much better, even going as far as to correct us on minutia such as our description of the breed ("it's actually a flame point siamese, not a red point siamese" Wow, really? We always thought they were interchangeable terms but in any case why get on a soapbox and talk down to us like idiots when we're just trying to do right by taking our pet to your clinic?). I have been to many vets and clinics in the past and have never experienced the belittling treatment this business has shown towards it's customers. We will not be returning to the Burlingame Vet Clinic.

The Burlingame Vet Clinic team are great. Dr Kellogg did surgery to remove tumors on my pooch and it was impressive work. The healing and recovery was very successful; he knows what he's doing.

Competent, locally owned Vet with great prices. I'm consistently able to get next-day appointments.

Took my 3 yr old Lab/Aussie mix in to get spayed 3 months after having 11 puppies. They are extremely affordable, super friendly, kind, caring people! If I wasn't locked in a contract with my vet, I would consider going there for care all the time!
