Dr Shawn Clark and the staff at Redmond Vet Clinic are terrific! Our 6 year old Boxer was very sick and they made time for procedures and consultation far beyond what you would expect! We thank them all for their professional and friendly care and service!!

To the Staff of Redmond Vet Clinic, Once again I find myself deeply indebted to the entire staff. When we lost Nanook, I was overwhelmed with the care and professionalism we were shown. When Nakina passed, there were several nuances that were very important to my family that I feel I must mention. Anytime I entered the clinic I felt welcomed and comforted by the actions of the staff. Shawn confided that each member approached Nakina with a positive attitude even though the circumstances were less than desirable. I was allowed to hang out with Nakina and help with some of her treatments. The doctors worked together in Nakina’s care and were open and honest with each diagnosis. When the call came that she was close to passing, we rushed to the clinic to find Susan holding the door open for us, Autumn carefully removing Nakina from the kennel and a room prepared for us to spend a few private last moments with our princess. We received a call from Shawn a couple of days later to check up on the family and make sure Daisy was doing well with the loss of her playmate. Each of these may seem like small gestures but to us they made a huge difference. We have always felt that our pets were treated with care and professionalism in your clinic. You have earned our trust and respect several times over and we are grateful to have your clinic to care for such important members of our family. May You Each be Blessed,

We have English Bulldogs - one had to have cherry eye surgery - on each eye at different times. In Portland the procedure would have cost $200 - here is was close to $400 each time! We've gotten quotes for other procedures and they are just off the charts. Okay service - nothing above and beyond (kept referring to my female dog as a male). Nothing to warrant the Beverly Hills prices.
