I have taken my cat and kitten to Bailey's and highly recommend taking your pet here! The staff are friendly and great to deal with, the prices are reasonable and you'll leave with a smile on your face. :) I also lost my phone and the staff asked me what it looked like for security purposes and proudly left a note for my return also letting the staff know I would be coming in. Waited over 4 hours for my very sick small pet to be seen by the vet. I was told from the second I walked in I was next to be seen but they took 4 people ahead of me and when I asked why they claimed "it was just a simple vaccine and wouldn't take long" Then two other "emergencies" happened so in total 6 other people were taken back before my sick pet was. When I finally saw the vet they took less then ten minutes for my case and I was out the door with a $100 bill and only 1 medication half the time they spent on the vaccinations. After the medication regime was complete I called and told them my pet still wasn't better and instead of prescribing me something more for my pet they recommended I pay for another visit or go to another vet as they don't specialize in this, I should've been told this before they accepted my pets case & instead of wasting my money and making my pet suffer because they didn't know enough information. Sad, considering they claim to be the best in the area, while being the most expensive vet in the county.

Had an emergency after hours call with my dog who ended up having to be put down. Dr. Barry Downie was very understanding and helpful during such a horrible time. He explained what had happened and why there was no hope. He even went over it several times with me to make sure I understood. He was very caring and understanding and I would recommend him to anyone who thinks of their animal as part of the family.

Took my dog to the facility one time before I deployed, came back on a leave and was surprised to see a couple letters from them. One said that I owed $6.75, the other, said that I will not find a better facility in the area and unfortunately, myself and my pets are no longer welcome here, due to an unpaid balance. I called and was told that the $6.75 was sent to a creditor and I can pay off the creditor but ultimately would not be allowed back. Over $6.75
