I took my kitten in for routine vaccinations. For the first visit, I had to wait over 45 minutes and listen to two employees complain about two other employees. I came back for the last shot in the series, only to see a sign that they had cancelled vaccinations for the day. Wasted two hours in the middle of my work day to pick up my cat, drive to their clinic, see that they won't see the kitten, drive back to my house, then back to work. The employees did tell me that their are other clinics (non Banfield) in town that are doing vaccinations today... great idea!

Amazing doctor! Dr. D is always friendly and kind to my boys and myself. She explains everything to me very well and I feel like she always has my pet's best interest in mind instead of worrying about making a profit. I have been taking them there for a few years now and have nothing but wonderful things to say about her!
