This was by far the WORST customer interaction I have experienced. The vet-tech/secretary was rude, abrupt, and simply insulting. The first concern was how they were going to get "paid" not the very sick animal in my arms. The Vet was just as unpleasant. I had the option of leaving my pet overnight for further observation and monitoring, but I declined because the absolute lack of sincerity, not because it was going to cost nearly $ 600.00. I would be understanding if the place was busy, but we were the only people there (10-11:30 pm). I have never taken the time to write a review before this occcurence. I am only speaking of one the Vets and one other employee at the clinic.
