I took my cat in for a flea problem and just generally check up, and my fiancé and I had to wait for 45 minutes to see the vet! Without an explanation of why it took so long. The tech at the front seemed to know what she was doing, but the one that assisted us was very rough with my cat. She didn't rub me the right way, and then we finally saw Dr. Ken, who was fabulous! But we only saw him for 7 minutes then we had to wait another 45 minutes for the same tech to come back with the shots. The tech didn't screw the needle in the syringe properly and when she tried to get my cat with the needle it split apart and squirted rabbi fluid all over his coat! She said "this kind of thing happens all the time". Then we had to wait another 20 minutes to do the shot that she messed up! We finally got out of there after 2 and a half hours later. And while I was in the car, I looked at the bill and they charged for the needle that the tech messed up one! I have never charged a customer for a mistake that wasn't their fault! Overall: The vet is very nice there but the tech's and professionalism fall very short. Going somewhere else next year!

everytime I've ever been here I had an amazing experience the staff welcome you in as a friend and are hilarious!! they saved my dogs life when we found cancer in his leg they performed a special surgery as he also has Seizures and he's alive today so I can love him because of these amazing people. I will always go here and NOWHERE else

Snotty unprofessional staff. I would think twice about leaving a family pet with people who can't even be professional and polite to the owners. They act strangely "superior". It was just a weird experience.

I have had very good experiences with the people at The Pet Clinic. They have treated both my dog and my cat and have been prompt, conscientious and willing to answer any questions I have had.

If you are considering taking your pet to this clinic, please reconsider. I had a warning about this place from a friend of mine who had her dogs misdiagnosed. However, they were the only ones that had appointments available at the time for my amazon bluefront parrot that was having some respiratory issues. I was assured the vet had avian experience and was told to bring her in. We DIDNT EVEN SEE THE VET! A vet tech came in and performed the exam. She told us that my bird needed antibiotics that needed to be given once a day from a syringe. I found out after giving my parrot the antibiotics for over a week that we were supposed to have been giving them to her TWICE a day. My parrot also had a clogged nare one one side. The tech tried to clear this obstruction and provided me with a syringe and some saline solution, then instructed me that I needed to hold my bird upsidown, stick the end in her nare and squirt the solution through twice a day. After this didn't seem to be helping (not to mention stressing the bird out) I called back. This was when I found out we had not seen the vet originally. The ACTUAL VET told me that we should never have been told to do this and that it could actually harm her. After all of this they wanted me to come back in and pay ANOTHER $120 to fix THEIR mistakes! PASS. If you have a bird I recommend Julianne Vickstrom at the West Hills Animal Hospital in Corvallis. She cares a lot about birds, and is EXTREMELY knowledgeable. It's worth the extra drive if you don't live nearby (not to mention it was half the price).
