Dr. Lynn Bertelsen is the best vet ever! My cats have been to 6 other vets due to us frequently moving. This is the most caring clinic I have ever been in. From the doctor down to the staff they are all very friendly and welcoming. They show genuine concern for our furry loved ones. Please do your pet a favor and take them to see the best Doctor in the Portland area. The minute you walk the door you are greeted as family by the staff and the clinic cat Alice.

They used to be a great place to go until they split practices. The last time we took our dog in the old veterinarian in charge was extremely gruff and rude and was afraid of my dog. Because he was afraid, he did not do any exam. I offered to muzzle her, but he just got rude. I will not go back there again. What vet is afraid of a dog?

My pug Bella and I had a great experience at this clinic. Her surgery went well and the cost was VERY reasonable. I was worried about the cost of the procedure, since we'd received a very high estimate from a different vet in Hillsboro. Bella got great care at a fair price here - almost $300 less than the other vet's quote. I am also impressed with the cleanliness of this veterinary clinic and the friendliness of the staff. A+++

Dr. Bertelsen was very thorough and helpful when treating a dog I was fostering with a leaky bladder. He spoke with several colleagues before performing surgery and even showed me the radiographs. He was able to fully answer my questions and I felt confident that he did his research before deciding on a plan. The staff is incredibly sweet and knew who I was just by my name (didn't need to say dog's name or details about her case). I'd certainly recommend them again.
