I went there with my ferret Gino, Altho they don't see small animals, I was at a point I didn't know what to do. The staff there was so caring and understanding, one of the doctor saw us anyway and gave me the sad news he needed to be put to sleep. Needless to say it was hard but they were even able to put him down for me and even sent me a sorry for you loss card....I will bring my pet here forever.

Expensive and Unaccountable. Though I had found the neuter program for $33 I still spent $135 for my kitten. Was not called when he was done early. Came home with tons of fleas. The flea gel they used did not work even though it was veterinary grade. I called them 10 days later to see Wray could be done. They wanted to charge me another $20+ to treat him with something "stronger". Why didn't they just use the right stuff in the first place? No thanks.

DO NOT GET YOUR DOG NEUTERED HERE! Did a horrible job, many complications. Put a pressure wrap on my dog that bruised his entire abdomen it was so tight. Bled for two days straight, not just normal seepage but bleeding; BAD. Asked questions about cleaning the incision and the "vet" dodged around questions as if he didn't know. Please do not bring your animal to this butcher shop.
