After 2 months of being put off for an appointment, with promises of call backs and email replies. I finally left a frustrated voicemail last night. Here is what they wrote to me today and should have said on their web site, their form responses, and on the phone: "I know you are interested in scheduling an appointment with Dr. Small, however we are not taking new clients at this time. We have such an overflow with our current clients that our schedule is not able to accommodate new clients. It would probably be best to establish a relationship at another veterinarian facility. We apologize for the inconvenience." They are not taking new patients as of September 10, 2013. By their own word, go elsewhere.

The care given here is top-notch. Dr. Small is absolutely wonderful with the cats and with the 'cat parents'. She gives thorough examinations and is proactive about the health of the animals. The staff is wonderful as well. Carrie is always so nice and welcoming. The facilities are very clean and inviting. They have a digital picture frame with pictures of all their patients- pretty cool. The price is a little high compared to other vets in the area, but you get what you pay for! Believe me, it's worth it. I've always felt at ease here, and trust that my kitties are getting the best care in the area.
