Awesome! When i first came in with Riley my puppy i liked that they sat on the floor with her and evaluated her!

Dr. Cyr and her staff are always right on top of things and use state of the art equipment and treat our pets as if their own. They are professional, caring and when you call them a few weeks or months later, they know your pet by name as well as the owner and treat us like we are their only patient. That's the kind of Veterinarian we all want and need for our beloved pets. She is empathetic and caring with the owners as well as the pets and explains illness and ailments in detail and if not sure will get a 2nd opinion from other doctors she works with and knows. She will never say I am not sure or maybe and if she does she goes immediately to further research what is wrong with the animal and double and triple checks to be sure she is evalutating the disease or illness perfectly before testing or further taking care of your pet and companion, we drive 40 minutes to her office, why? This is for those who think all the reviews are fake. I bring my 2 dogs and cat to Dr. Cyr. and have had nothing but good and caring visits. My one dog Bruno was an abused rescue with trust issues. He would try and bite everyone who tried to take care of him. Dr. Cyr and her staff took their time with him on each visit getting down on the floor to his level and reasuring him now he loves to go there and gives us no problems. My other dog Ginger is abig baby and hates to have her nails cut, they take their time with her even if it takes 20 mins. She may be a little more expensive but they do take their time with the animal. I had gone to another vet in the area and felt I was rushed through the visit. I have even called her on off hours with questions about not only my animals but also my in-laws and she has called me back right away and given me the answers I needed. By Debbi

Dr. Cyr is an extremely caring and highly professional veterinarian. Our beloved dog, age 15, was previously misdiagnosed by another area vet and this could have caused him to lose his life last year. With Dr. Cyr's care and treatment, he has comfortably enjoyed another year and is still giving us great joy. Our other dog, age 14, had been taking Elavil for 11 years (also prescribed by another vet) which did not address her problems. Through Dr. Cyr, she is now taking an appropriate medication which addresses her OCD and is doing much better. We are very appreciative for all her efforts directed to homeless, abandoned and abuse animals. Bless you, Dr. Cyr!!

This review is positive, and my name is Brad (for the other posters who think that any positive review is a fake review. Great place, friendly, professional and courteous. Above average prices and more rules than normal for adopting. I was recommended Kanyon's Gold and Dr. Cyr by a friend. My wife and I were looking for a dog to adopt, one that needed a home, and we wanted a dog that would fit our house and our ability to care for him. Kanyon's Gold was perfect for that - they would much rather keep a dog than give one to a home that isn't PERFECT (this is clearly demonstrated in her above average prices for adopting and rules/regulations and requirements for adopting). If you want a cheaper animal to adopt, go to a shelter - my experience with a shelters is they will do anything to get you take one of their pets. I never had a bad experience at Kanyon's Gold. We take a our cat and our adopted rescue dog there for visits, and have never had a problem.
