We took our dog to see Dr. Gross due to a leg problem she was having. We had no idea what was causing her to limp. Once we met w/ Dr. Gross, we left feeling educated and assured that he could fix her leg. He explained in detail what the problem was caused by and what he would be able to do to help her. He also gave us names of other doctors for second opinions. We felt very comfortable with the care he could provide and decided to go through w/ the surgery that he recommended. After a successful surgery, he called the very next day to see how she was doing. We never expected such a compassionate phone call with sincere concern. I would highly recommend Dr. Gross. He is a down-to-earth, educated, and compasstionate veterinarian.
