I'm a veterinary technician student and one of my professors recommended this office to me. She knew what she was talking about! My husband and I took my 16 year old cockatiel here for his first vet visit and it went great. Everyone was extremely friendly--it surprised me. I moved to PA from TN and am constantly shocked how rude even professional people generally are up here, but this office was not like that at all. They even gave me directions when we got lost on the way to the office, and didn't seem impatient about it. They treated my bird kindly and professionally, and since I told them I am a vet tech student, the vet, Dr. McDanel, made a point to explain everything he was doing, and why, and he even showed me how to conduct some of the exam myself in the future. It was very helpful from my position as an owner of an exotic animal, and even more useful to me as a vet tech! I'll definitely continue using this practice for my exotic pets in the future.

They saved my turtle Snappy's life. She was nearly dead with little hope and they brought her back! I also bring my cats there for sickness/shots/checkups and they give great vet service. The doctors, nurses, and techs, and receptionist are VERY nice and very helpful. They get you in quick if you need it.

Very very rude front desk. I have had several bad experiences. From the comments she made, I am not the only one experience problems.
