They were so rude and mean, I couldn't believe what you have to put up with along with already being distressed because my pet was ill, They took my money before seeing my cat and purposely waited until 5:15 the next day when my check cleared to tell me they would not see my cat!!!!! I had to pay 30.00 for them to test a urine specimen I brought the specimen in and paid, but when they called me back after receiving test results they refused to fill me in on what was wrong. I had to take my cat somewhere else, I wasted days and my cat suffered and I paid money and they never told me what they found out in the test I paid for, It's unbelievable!The girl didn't like that she said I couldn't tell them how to run their business, asked do I want them to treat my cat or not? I agreed to bring her in the next day, when I got there they told me they left a message cancelling my appointment and would not treat my cat, nor tell me results of test? I now don't know what is wrong with my cat and have to get another specimen find another veterinarian and my poor cat has to wait days to get help!! What kind of animal hospital is this!!!How could they treat animals this way and people, they did not refund my $30.00 nor give me the results of the test..

Dylan McPhillips is an idiot. They do have a machine that tells you where to go in case of an emergency. Citywide is great and they have great hours. Very helpful and understanding.
