Through everything, they were there for my baby Baxter Dean and were so compassionate about my loss with him. Now with the new puppies they have been nothing but supportive and caring to their needs and mind. I would recommend them to everybody. The female vet is amazing and i hope she never retires!

I visited Dravosburg Pet Hospital for the first time at the end of Nov this past year. I didnt receive a warm welcoming as a new patient. I wasn't even introduced to anyone. I wasn't even acknowledged when I walked in. After waiting 40 min, a girl led me to a room where Dr Visco was sitting. There was not one chair or bench in the exam room for me to sit. I had to stand the whole examination. I found this very strange that no one has anywhere to sit. After the exam, I was led out to the front desk to pay. No one reviewed the charges with me. I was asked to sign and given the meds for my dog. After I went home, I went to review the charges. 1) I was quoted one price which I believe was $35 for the office visit; yet I was charged $65 for it. 2) I also noticed that Dr Visco gave me prozac for my dog with the instruction label stated 1 and 1/2 tablets per day; however when I looked in the bottle, there were CAPSULES not tablets. There is no way possible to give 1/2 of a capsule! 3) I was also charged for ear cleaner that I did not receive. 4) Visco had prescribed Treflaxis for my dog (for heartworm) since he couldnt take Heartquard anymore as it was beef flavored and may be what he was allergic to. Went I researched it on the internet I read it was beef flavored too! So what was the point in changing meds?? Obviously Visco did not know it was beef flavored. I called the office and told them all of the problems I experienced. I talked to VIsco herself and I told her I would be coming in for a refund the next day. She said the office visit should have been $50 not $35 or $65 which I was quoted. HUH?? She also said that I could give my dog only one capsule of prozac instead of 1 and a half but she said she didnt think it would work anyway. HUH?? I didnt even mention the Treflaxis. I just wanted my refund and be done with it. When I walked into the office the next day. No one came up to me and apologized for all the mistakes that were made. In fact, the reception was very hostile. I have no idea who I even talked to. If she was the office manager she didnt tell me. Then she says that Visco said for me to go elsewhere!!!! Seriously? It's not like I was a raving lunatic in front of customers or yelling profanities at anyone. She gives me my refund and I go to my car. This time I inspect my refund receipt right away. And of course the girl could not subtract and owed me more money. When I went back in the rude girl looked at me incredulously ad said, "So we owe you a quarter??" I dont give a crap if it was a PENNY. They owed me money. And I was sick of being ripped off. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS BUSINESS AND I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB.
