I wrote a review but doesnt show it saved. This place is the worst vet svc I've yet to see. I visited for a UTI with my dog and was given antibiotics. Came back for follow up and was told there was no change after urine test was done and told to come back for blood work. We came back the next day and got blood work and was told and I quote, " Everything is completely normal". I asked how could it be bad yesterday and good today and was asked, " you were here yesterday? I'll go look at the results". Now the urine test was shown to me the day it was done, but when I asked to see the results again, they were competley different! I am feeling they falsified documents to get us to come back and spend more money. Another thing is I was told blood test would be 75, after tests are run they say I owe 159, I asked why and was told "the doctor said to do a thyroid and heartworm test" but this was done without asking me to do the tests and without being told of any additional costs.
