The staff was professional and courteous. The vet was detailed and competent in his diagnosis. They handled the care of our dog Chico with care and concern. It is great to have a place to take a pet in an emergency. I am happy to know that this service, which runs from 8:00pm to 8:00am, is available.

I had to take my cat to the emergency room at 2am because of a bad reaction to flea medication, don't ever use hartz brand flea products. He was having siezures and barely breathing. When I got him there I was bawling, I thought he was dead. The nurse behind the counter was very cold and rude to me, she told me i couldn't stay in the waiting room for him and i couldn't leave him with her until i went back to my house and got my credit card! My cat was dieing in my arms and she wanted my credit card? And why not stay, it's a waiting room? Then after 8 hours of miserable, painstaking agony they called for me to come pick him up. I was so relieved to see him awake it was almost forgetable, then when i got him home i find that they never even removed the cathiter from his leg!! I had to pay for Animal Ark to remove it, are they serious?! What a joke!!
