I have had very few positive experiences at this vet. Overall, my biggest problem is the front desk staff is very rude and acts as though helping you is an inconvience. I usually travel an hour out of my way for better vets and more reasonable prices, but on occasion in urgent situations I would use this vet. NO MORE

This is a great place to take your pets. Knowledgeable veterinarians and staff. They have given great care to our pets and we're always able to get in especially for an emergency. I find their pricing fair and the care our pets receive exceptional. We're very happy that we switched to them. They always take the time to answer as well as allow us to ask questions, give detailed information, as well as keep us informed on better preventative care we can give our pets. Saves us money and reduces major health concerns. Highly recommend them.

Incredible staff!! I took my cat here when my normal vet was out of commission and absolutely loved it. They were extremely knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to do with such detail. My cat was also very calm, which is unlikely when we're at a veterinary center, during the exam and while she was determining the cause of pain he was in. She quickly knew the problem and explained to me what was going on and how to solve it. She also allowed me to ask questions and never belittled me. I appreciated her concern. The entire staff was so wonderful and helpful that I have decided to change vets, even though I will travel longer to get there. They really care for the animals and I am so happy I decided to go here. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I moved to the area with my older dog about 6 months ago, and the staff here was incredibly warm and helpful - other vets we had seen in the past didn't want to do anything for my dog because he was very old, where as Dr. Turnbull went out of her way to offer me lots of options for treatment when he got ill. When the time came to put my dog to sleep after a inoperable tumor was discovered, she sat with me and cried with me. The entire staff was so understanding and wonderful, and I am happily taking my new rescue dog to the VMC!

We switched to this vet in 2009. They are very friendly people and easy to cooperate with. However, they are the most expensive vet around the area. As we all a lot of dogs at the kennel we can no longer afford to keep with them. They offer you frontline plus discount or something with every rabies shot you get and 2 free little packs of frontline. I will miss that opportunity and the people!
