The staff is very personable here and the care for my pet was great. I only gave four stars because the pick up time for surgery patients is very chaotic, I waited for my pet for a very long time because the waiting room was literally sitting full. Some other method of pick up should be established because this is clearly not working.

We had been taking our two dogs there for over a year. Last May my wife took one dog in for a heartworm test,but never received the prescription. Earlier this month I took the other dog in to be tested and had to request the prescription, which was written for what they provide. I was told that if it were a problem they would correct it over the phone. I mailed off the prescriptions and got a call from my supplier. I told them to contact Colonial, which they did. Today I made a follow up call to find out that the prescriptions were re-written, but not sent to the supplier and I was never notified that they were changed. Now I had to schedule another trip to retrieve the prescriptions and re-mail them to my supplier. I am not happy with their customer service and will seek another veterinary service.

I would not recommend this clinic. The place was dirty, the doctor was rude and did not introduce herself when she came in the room. It was the first time we brought our dog there and she didnt perform a thorough exam at all. It felt like we were taking up her time and trying to ask questions while she was leaving the room; basically felt like she wasn't giving us the time of day for the care we needed and the money we were paying. On top of that, she misdiagnosed a staff infection in our dog for dog acne, so now the infection has gotten a lot worse. Fortunately we found another clinic that caught the infection, and has treated the other ongoing issues that we had and we'll make that our primary practice.

I have taken all of our pet family here for years. Dr Nicastro has been exceptional in the care of our rescue Standard poodle from the beginning. She did his neuter and even called to check on him...she did his dental a few years later. No issues for Jack or his people at home. He has been with us for 6 years now and basically a healthy pooch.... Thank you Dr Nicastro!! see you in a week for Jacks next annual check.

This guy accidentally killed my cat during a very basic routine procedure. Never take you pet here if you love him or her. The guy is the cruelest waste of human flesh I've ever encountered.
