This is the 3rd time taking the dog and the 3rd time left unsatisfied. I understand my dog is a problem dog but you are the professional establishment. To tell me that if I don't like the service to not come back shows me exactly how professional you are. Especially when I pay a higher premium and have to finish the job myself. Don't worry I will not be back to use your services again. I think maybe an attitude adjustment is needed.
