So about a year ago, a new vet (Dr. Rouse) purchased the practice and took over this place, and it's been seriously amazing since then. I have 4 small dogs and a cat, and they all go to her now, even though she's a bit of a trip from where I currently live. She's amazingly knowledgeable, and really takes her time with both me and my pets, making sure we're comfortable and that I understand everything that's going on. That's surprisingly different from other vets I've used in the past, who make me feel rushed, and run out of the room the second the exam is done. The vet techs that work there are also incredibly knowledgeable and really go out of their way to make both pets and owners happy. She's seriously amazing, and is willing to work with pets and their owners to make sure you're happy and that you have the best possible outcome. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Rouse and her new practice.

Awful. There is no way I would ever recommend this vet to anyone who actually cares about their animal. I had to take my dog here in an emergency because I wasn't sure he would make it to my preferred Veterinary. The vet was very cold and not exactly friendly to my dog, he did an awful job hiding how much he didn't feel like seeing us and rushed through seeing him. He COMPLETELY misdiagnosed him and practically brushed us off, charging $150 for not even a five minute visit (no labs, shots nor x-rays either!). VERY displeased, I ended up taking him to his normal vet anyway right after leaving there where they took excellent care of him and informed us of the HUGE misdiagnosis as well as two other things that were missed.
