Henrietta, our pet chicken, was limping and Dr. I did a thorough examine and without hesitation, offered some options to help her. A week later, she is doing much better! No other Vet in the area could/would see her. I am very thankful for his services! In addition, he is the only vet who ever took the first 15 minutes to explain his backround, his experience, and his commitment to his patients. I have been with Dr I. for more than 2 years and I am majorly impressed with his passion and care with which he treats my two cats. Dr. I takes the time to discuss pet care and options which is not the case with all veterinarians. Dr. I. was recommended to me citing emergency surgery at night over the weekend for a neighbor's cat which swallowed a needle - now that is dedication and devotion. I recommend Dr I. in a heartbeat.

I was very happy with my experience here. I had an accident and stepped on my ferret. Took her there for an emergency visit and he explained all my options and gave her all the care that she needed. After care was explained nicely. He makes consistent checks on whether or not you have any questions, cares, or concerns during the entire situation.

Positively the best service I have received from any sort of business in years. My family and I had the, absolute, pleasure of working with Dr I and staff over the last month or so. We have been on an emotional roller coaster ride due to taking in a beautiful and loving stray cat which we ended up having to put down due to an animal bite. The range of emotions and confusion that we felt at every moment during this sad and trying process were met with kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and compassionate words and actions from not only Dr I but the entire staff.
