The vets and staff at Robinson Animal Hospital are absolutely wonderful, terrific, caring people. I wouldn't trust my furbabies to anyone else's care. They treat your pets like one of their own. We have been going there for about 15 years after a bad experience with another local vet. I would recommend them unequivocally..

STAY AWAY! Very rude staff who do not communicate!! I called to schedule and appointment and told the lady on the phone that I have a coupon for a free 1st time visit. I showed up for my appointment and showed her the coupon on my phone. When the vet assistant called me back she rudely told me that I cannot use my coupon unless I have a hard copy. I explained to her that I was told that I could use it and she said that I was lying because the whole staff knows that unless it's printed out they cannot accept it. I was the last appointment of the day. If they told me this information ahead of time OR if it clearly stated that on their website or in the email I got about the coupon OR if the lady at the counter told me when I checked in...I would have figured out a way to bring it. When I was leaving I told the lady at the desk that I was not able to use the coupon on my phone and she told me that she didn't know that as they were able to do it before. REALLY!? I was most upset on how rude the assistant was to me. I'm not taking my cat back there.

I cannot say enough great things about Robinson Animal Hospital, but most especially Dr. Keffer. We live almost two hours away, but I wouldn't trust any other vet when it comes to medical emergencies with our chinchillas. When one of our oldest chins recently broke his leg, my husband and I arrived at the clinic without an appointment. Smokey was seen without hesitation, and Dr. Keffer performed the procedure over her lunch break. She stayed in constant contact with us afterward - even on her day off - to make sure Smokey was doing okay. Above and beyond what I would normally expect, but it certainly left a lasting impression!

I have been taking my two rabbits to Dr. Keffer for 3 years and I can't imagine taking them anywhere else. She is so knowledgeable, kind and gentle with them.

I highly recommend Robinson Animal Hospital - I've taken my Bella (American Pit Bull Terrier) there for a few years now. Recently she had an allergic reaction to a bug bite and Benadryl just wasn't cutting it, so I called them and they fit me in within an hour of when I called, a steroid injection did the trick and she's all better now. I highly recommend Dr. Angie Keffer - She definitely enjoys her profession, enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all of your questions.
