I have been going to Willow Mill since 94. There is no way to thank the Dr's and staff for the kind, caring and compassionate way they treat me, and my pets. Of special mention are Dr. LoGiudice, Dr. Graham and the tech staff Cindy, Lisa, Rachel and Melissa...thank you!

We have been bringing our pets to Willow Mill for over 20 years. We have gone through various illnesses, surgeries, and last goodbyes with this practice. The doctors are very competent as well as very compassionate. They have been so wonderful in providing not only care but support in difficult times. They are always willing to talk to us and take time to explain exactly what options and treatments are available. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. We feel they truly care about our pets and us as pet parents. Yes, it is expensive but the trust we have in them is priceless. We see Dr. Richards and Dr. Graham.

The vets I recently used here for thousands of dollars of treatment costs seemed competent at first but began to provide conflicting diagnoses and treatment. In addition, costs are high and I was over-charged several times. For hospitalizations, they transfer responsibility of your pet over to the Animal Emergency Medical Center that shares their facilities for overnight and weekend care. Therefore, you are double-charged for care by both places. AEMC's charges are also 2 to 3 times higher than Willow Mill and when asked why could not provide a reasonable explanation. They also overcharged me. Stay away from here but if you do use them, ask lots of questions about treatment and double-check all bills and charges.

I found them to be expensive, but well worth the cost. They are very professional and were extremely helpful while dealing with our young dog's cancer diagnosis and treatment. I would definitely recommend them, specifically Dr. Richards.
