I think Dr. Oster is just a mean, mean woman. They had another female vet that was treating my cat (I see that she is no longer there), and she is kind and compassionate. Unfortunately she can't work every day and I had to deal with Dr. Oster. She treated me like I was a mass murderer. I had to take the cat to the emergency vet where they were kind and nurturing, and we worked together to nurse the kitty back to good health. I told the other vet that I wouldn't return as long as Dr. Oster was there. I've since moved to East Suburban Animal Hospital where they are wonderful. I also had to put my 14 year old dog to sleep which was very hard for me. The vet tech quizzed me asking if I had done everything possible to help him. I rescued him from an abusive situation at age 12 for starters. I was so offended by her tone.

A horrible experience. Dr Eva can hardly speak English and works from a MO of fear. She said my dog would die if she didn't have meds every day for 7 weeks. She could not be understood and was RUDE RUDE RUDE. May Christ have mercy on her

6 yr. old dog presented with many problems from occasional biting to critical ear inflammation and abdominal tenderness. Very positive experience with office staff, veterinarian technician, Diann, and Dr. Daniel Brugos. Thorough physical, and appropriate tests done at time; ear medication instilled and provided for home treatment. Accept credit card payments. Appointments have always been on time, usually waiting alone in room. Very clean facility. Dr. Brugos was patient, kind and a very good listener and"explainer". He called back the next morning for a report and further instructions. My pet is very important to me, and I need the professional support that I receive at this hospital. Dr. Oster and her staff have always been open, honest, caring, and wonderful with our two girls. I would recommend Monroeville Pet Hospital to anyone who feels their pets are their children as we do. I will never go anywhere else!

these people only care about money, not the animals, my dog took ill, i didnt have enough to pay the bill,because i only get s.s.d.i. once a month for 1100.00. i offered my debit card so they could process it on the 3rd, when ill get my next auto deposit, the lady told me " NO WE WONT DO THAT TO HELP YOU, YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE MONEY FIRST. "
