We have brought our feline children to this office since 2004. I have absolutely no complaints and feel that there is not a nicer group of people. Dr. Radbill, Wanda and Colleen treat our animals with sincere concern and I also want to give props to the Groomer, Heda, who has an office in the back. We are moving soon and will try to find a vet in our new area...but because of Dr. Radbill...the bar is set pretty high. A++

This incident happened at the end of 2008, but I couldn't bring myself to write this review til now. Radbill Animal Hospital has been our primary vet for several years, so when our dog Rockie was unable to walk up the stairs the first thing we did was to take him to Radbill Hospital. They said Rockie was getting old and he might be having hip problems. They prescribed some pain killers for him and that seem to keep the pain to a minimal. To keep this short, after the first visit since Rockie started to display pain, my parents had taken Rockie back to them a 5-8 times in the last three months of my dog's life. Each time the pain was getting worst, and each time they gave stronger pain medication. The painkillers did NOT seem to help, my dog couldn't walk up the stairs anymore so my dad started to carry him up and down the stairs. He was in so much pain once he snapped at my dad for trying to pick him up. This is VERY out of character for Rockie, he's been a very loyal and loving dog since he followed me home over 8-9 years ago. In the last weeks of Rockie's life he stopped eating, but the vet did NOTHING else but prescribe painkillers. I finally convinced my parents to take him to another vet. They took him to SPCA on Erie for emergency care when he stopped drinking water as well. The vet there told us that Rockie actually had cancer and it was too late to do ANYTHING else but to put him down because his spleen had ruptured. If the vet at Radbill Hospital considered looking at other options as to why Rockie was in SO much pain, maybe he could identified it as cancer. MAYBE my dog didn't have to be in so much pain for THREE MONTHS, even after all the medication the doctor prescribed and we paid for. I would NEVER EVER go back to Radbill Hospital AGAIN.
