I am very happy with my experience at Holiday Park Animal Hospital! I have been taking my 2 cats here for a couple years and I have never been unhappy with the care that I have received. Dr J and his nurses are always so kind and happy to help ... I have called many times for last minute situations and they always find time to squeeze me in. also, if you call after hours the phone goes to Dr J's cell , which definitely puts me at ease at all times of the day. They are always willing to listen to your concerns and most importantly they provide quality veterinary care. The old reviews about Dr. Chaudry don't apply anymore because he no longer works here....I have taken my cats here for many years and have experience with both Dr's and, trust me, Dr. J is amazing and you do not have to have any concerns about not receiving good care from him. I highly recommend this place!

Holiday Park's entire staff absolutely exceeded our expectations taking care of our sick puppy. We couldn't have asked for better treatment. Our 11 week old puppy was having horrible diarrhea, extreme lethargy and developed a limp. It was late, but Dr. J still took our phone call and provided us with a reference to a 24 hr vet hospital. We spent nearly $600 at the vet hospital for various tests, walk-in fee and medicines; and then took her home at the recommendation of their vet. Her fever increased overnight from 103.9 to 104.5 and she was even more lethargic, we were extremely concerned and took her to Holiday Park. Dr. J and the staff took great care of her for the entire day and within a couple hours she was a totally different pup, had a huge appetite and so much more energy. She's still a little under the weather, but is expected to make a full recovery. They also provided great services at a very reasonable price. Thanks again to all the staff at Holiday Park! We are happy to call you our puppy's vet!

very good service, Dr. J.J is such a great DVM.everybody was very helpful for 4:30 pm Friday evening. My 5 year old lab showed signs of torsion (bloat) 4.00 pm. I called and told them what happened, and they told me to go ahead and bring him in. After I arrived and filled out paperwork, I only had to wait a short while before being seen by Dr. J.J. They quickly evaluated him and Dr. J.J gave me easy to understand facts (explained his condition and what they did, and told me about his aftercare). A week later my lab is back to normal. I will recommend HOLIDAY PARK to my friends and neighbors. also stayed within price quote.

After very inappropriatly being told to take down pats review I've decided to instead further explain. Fact: our one year and a few months old kitten died three weeks after her spaying surgery. Her body was found with no external evidence of injury. The only visable injury was the area of the incision had come open. This occurred one week after the external stitches were taken out. We spoke with another local vet who told us they no longer do stitches like this they now only do internal stitches that dissolve once they're healed. Our cat was not hit by a car nor punted (the only two explanations the Dr. provided us with) . The examination report said the external body was in good condition. I also know she was not hit by a car or kicked because of the scene to which we found her body. Myboyfriend and I have never said the the Holiday Park Animal hospital purposely tried to kill our or any other pet. We were given the results to the examination last night, however still await more results to come in. Once again the Dr. went on and on about how this wast his fault. He barely said anything about my cat and vaguely went over the results with us. The actually discussion about the results lasted maybe 5 minutes. To top it off at least ten minutes of my time was wasted by the Dr. whining that we posted a bad review. Lastly we were confronted to pay the costs of sending her body to determine a cause of death, which we have not yet received. This was extremely distasteful and just bad business. I have not been treated like a valued client, and nothing has been done to restore my faith in this hospital. Hence the bad review. DUH! Oh and my dead cat. Really! This place is a joke. Do right = good reviews.

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Holiday Park Animal Hospital and Dr. Jay! Dr. Jay is a caring and compassionate doctor! Our 5-month old Papillion ate something and got pretty sick just the other day, Dr. Jay agreed to meet us at his clinic at 11 pm at night to check on our little guy! He gave him IV fluids and did a complete check up. He put us at ease and talked us through all of our concerns even at that late time of the night. Although we live pretty far away from his clinic (we live downtown Pittsburgh) we still continue to go to Dr. Jay because we trust him and feel confident in his ability. My husband and I never had a dog before, so Dr. Jay has been unbelievable and our little Papillion is back to normal! :)
