This was my first time going to Penn animal hospital, my cat was really sick and from the first call to Penn, I felt comfortable, The front desk staff were very kind and compassionate, the wait was not long considering that it was a last minute appointment, the Dr. And his assistant was thorough and kind, and the bill was very affordable, I now have a place that I like, to take my pets. I like Penn Animal Hospital! I went there with a puppy and a million questions. I was waited on promptly, and had about a five minute wait to see the vet. Dr. Cohn was very thorough and knowledgeable. He offered great breed-specific advice and explained what needs to be done in future appointments. I was also given informational pamphlets. Although I had a lot of questions and there were other people waiting, I didn't feel as though my appointment was rushed. Dr. Cohn made sure that I had no other questions before I left. I would highly recommend Penn Animal Hospital.

These vets are very honest and caring people. I have taken my animals to many other vets around the area and found that not only are the vets working here more knowledgeable than everyone, they are also compassionate and kind. They saved my cat Scarlet's life and it didn't break my bank! They will also make time to see you the same day that you call! I recommend them to the highest degree!

I read a few reviews on multiple sites that said the staff here was unfriendly. I chose to go anyway because the reviews always said nice things about the actual vet who would take care of my dog. It turns out, I have had no problems with the staff at all. In fact, they have been very patient and understanding through my constant rescheduling due to traffic. My dog gets such great care here because the doctors are amazing. Yesterday, my dog had an appointment to get shots and they scheduled me with a technician instead of the vet so that I didn't have to pay for a full vet visit, but the doctor was right around the corner and he kept giving advice/answers to my questions from the other room. These people really care about animals.
