I'm not sure what the person who said the staff was unfriendly. Everyone I've been in contact with has been really great. My dog has been there twice and doesn't look back at me when I drop her off, she takes off in the other direction to enjoy her stay. I've never had a problem with this place before and won't hesitate to take my dog back there.
