The vets really take their time and explain things thoroughly. Every time I call with a question they call me back within 30 minutes to answer it for me. My dogs don't mind going there either. The ONLY thing I wish was that my dogs euthanasia would have been in not such a "cold" atmosphere. The staff was very compassionate, just the room, the bright lights and the cold table was a little scarey.
The staff are rude .Avoid this place.
