My corgi loves it here. They always remember him by name and the vet takes time to explain various things to us.

Above it says "Walk-Ins and new clients welcome.” I currently own a business and because of that it is hard to make appointments. I originally signed up with a wellness plan in West Palm Beach, Fl and never had any issues with walk-ins. I moved to this location and am told that they have one vet on staff, and are unable to accept any walk-ins. I am told I should ALWAYS make an appoinment and was simply turned away. This was at 1:30 p.m on a Friday I should also add, there was noone else there, not even in any of the three examination rooms. . It is apparant this location is not staffing accordingly especially after my previous visits to other locations. Unfortunately I am stuck with this wellness plan, that is worthless considering my circumstances. I called to turn off the autorenewel, and the associate gave me attitude. All they care about is money, not your pet. Stay far away, and DO NOT sign up for their wellness plan.

I'm not sure what the other people experienced because Banfield Plymouth Meeting is awesome! They understand that every animal is different and they treat my little doggie like she's a queen. I can't imagine taking my pets anywhere else.

We came in very late for our appointment and the one Vet graciously agreed to see us anyway during a busy day. They give sound advice on our two cats' medications as well as kitten training and the need for specific meal times. I've seen both new doctors and they both are personable and treat our pets with care. I gotten to know them and would recommend their practice to anyone.

The staff sucks I took my dog for check up and they were trying to get temperature from other end and I heard the vet yelling her saying it ain't that serious. The vet there is completely a mean person uhh . Very disappointed in the new vets they have.
