Our dog was hospitalized for several days, we are talking extensive periods of times, as in weeks or more at the most lengthy times. Dr. L and his staff took extensive measures to treat our loved family pet, including ordering special medicines for her on multiple occasions. All of this was at an extremely reasonable price. Not to mention the facility is spotless and very beautifully decorated on the inside and outside. The vet techs there are excellent as well. The staff as a whole are wonderful caring people.

This place is amazing! My pup and I recently moved back to Pittsburgh from Boston and were looking for a vet. We gravitated toward Dr. Larimer because of how close he was to our home. After reading some reviews we found that people didn't like the staff, the wait time for an appointment, and some other things. After our appointment today I can, with certainty say that all of those are false claims. I should also preface that we are a new patient--its not like we've been coming to Dr. Larimer for the past x-number of years. The staff could not have been friendlier. Dr. Larimer is as smart as they come and is very easy to speak to. He is very informative and basically separates the BS from the real things to watch out for. Furthermore, the entire place is spotless, very clean and professional. And for those who complained about the wait time for an appointment--call ahead of time, do you due diligence if you care about your pet. I called a month in advance for exactly when I wanted an appointment. I could not be happier with this experience and my pup loved everyone there.

Dr. Larimar was excellent with me and my Golden Retriever. He performed a very delicate and extensive surgery to remove cancer while preserving her tail. And was very flexible about the payment for surgery while keeping her an extra night ....with no extra charge. I am grateful! Wonderful Doctor!

Dr Larrimer is hands down one of the best vets I have met. He took a common sense approach to addressing my concerns with my dog. He took his time to give my dog a good examination. When we left the bill was much lower than I had expected from my previous visits at other locations. I am very happy we found Dr. Larrimer.

We wanted to get our dog's teeth cleaned and was quoted an ridiculous amount from our old vet. I found Dr. Larrimer and his price was 10x cheaper. The same dog has a life long illness and with that I was hesitant to switch vet's due to her complicated history but price and convenience prevailed my decision to switch vets. I am so happy we did. Dr Larrimer is personable and genuine. We highly recommend him. The Love Family
