They could not be more insensitive if they tried. I was literally crying in the appointment. I was trying to make some very difficult decisions for my elderly cat I felt bullied and shamed the entire time. I wanted to understand WHY I needed to do these diagnostics - I didn't want to torture her. They were totally unhelpful and cruel. I ended up sobbing in my car. I called another vet and actually ended up doing the SAME TESTS, but now I know why I'm doing them. And I'm not someone who usually cries in front of other people. It was a horrible experience. I will NEVER, EVER go back there.
Astronomical prices!!!!!!! Our 2 small dogs needed a nail clipping, rabies vaccine, ear cleanser and medication and the bill was $520!! They nickel and dime you for every little thing. Do not go here!!!!!
I cant even put into words how great this hospital is Dr. Murray, Dr. Patel and Lisa Hewlett the hospital manager saved my dogs life my family will always be eternally grateful. When no one else would help us they did they truly care about the animals. I personally have found a forever vet and i will be sure to refer all my friends, Family and anyone i may meet to bring there pets here.
Place has never changed since they were private. It is a death trap, animals go in with one issue and come out with another. They want money up front for treatment even if they are not sure. Receptionist area still not helpful / rude. It's ashame that there is no good 24 hr care around that is close by.
I rescued a puppy from being put to sleep and a week after my puppy was attacked by a female pitbull. we paid 410$ to have my dog seen and a chest xray to find out that he had punctured lungs a he would have to be put on oxygen and pain meds until he recovered and just for one night everything came to 1100$ which I did not have right then and there to pay for so my option was to pay for treatment or pay to put him to sleep. when I asked just to set up a payment plan for the oxygen they would not help me so after an hour of refusing to put him down and gave me the only option of signing him over to them so he could live but I would never get my dog back. I thought people choose these careers for the love of animals not money. now I have to deal with my kids asking me for our dog and theyre too young to understand what happened.. so uncompassionate.
