The listen, they care, and they've helped us create solutions that work given the realities of our busy lives and limited funds. All of the vets have been great with our dogs and cats, giving us detailed information about our options, steering us away from expensive treatments and opting first for conservative and cost-effective approaches. When we faced the possibility of euthanizing our dog during surgery, they allowed us to stay in the office to hear the outcome, so that we could enter the surgery room and say goodbye to her before putting her down, if need be. The also kept us informed of the costs of the procedures during each decision-making phase of the surgery. Last but not least, they helped us determine which options were a good fit for our pets' personalities, habits and life-stages, and that we could successfully implement given our schedules (hectic) and priorities (family, work, pets, and not always in that order).
