It is just so personal at Wayne Heights. The care of my pet is right up there with the care of a family member, and Charlene & John are so down to earth and knowledgeable, and never talk over your head.

I have nothing but praise for everyone at Wayne Heights. Very good experience. I've got lots of cats and have never waited more than 10 minutes for an appointment over the 5-6 years I've been going there. Excellent job.

I've been taking my dogs to Wayne Heights since 2012. I'd been going to another clinic for awhile and had a dog that was sick and ended up being misdiagnosed, so I switched. Wayne Heights did a good job with him and Dr. Charlene took me on as a client.

Both the doctors and staff members at Wayne Heights Animal hospital are amazing. They are very friendly and very helpful. Whenever we have any questions about our animals they are able to explain their conditions in a way we can understand. They are so knowledgeable and professional. Keep up the good work!

The best part about Wayne Heights Animal Hospital is the convenience. They're able to get us in right away if we need something and are generally pretty reasonable when it comes to that. They're also timely. We never wait if we have an appointment.
