Dr. Ewald treats your dog like it was her own. She would call for updates on how our dog was doing a few times a week, researched his condition and guided us to the correct Specialty University to help treat him. He received cold laser therapy treatments 3 times a week over 2 months and we were able to make arrangements for our dog to stay there all day on his days of treatment since both my husband and I work. My parents have always taken their dogs here and I have now been taking my dogs here for the past 25 years. I would never think about going to another vet. Dr. Ewald truly cares about her patients and isn't in it just for the money like many other vets out there are these days.

We have used Wexford Vet for a few years now and after moving up here we were a bit apprehensive with finding a new vet. All the vets we have seen here have been wonderful and knowledgeable! We are very much dog people and we also recommend Wexford Vet to our customers too. Seeing as we compete with our dogs, they have been extremely helpful with any request we have, even if it out of the norm! You really can't ask for better and a more caring staff!

The Wexford Veterinary Hospital is wonderful. We've taken our standard Poodle Penn there since she was a puppy (she's 4 now) and have always had a great experience. Everyone that works there is very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the Wexford Veterinary Hospital to anyone looking for a Vet in the Pittsburgh area and beyond.

My pets have been patients at WVH since I was a teen, about 40 years. Our first visit was an evening emergency with Dr. Childress. He saved the life our precious puppy and we have been patients ever since. Over the years our family has had both dogs and cats. These Dr's have cared for them from "babies" to old age and have helped us make some difficult decisions with wisdom and compassion. Over the years, Dr. Oleary has been our primary vet. I always felt that he cared about my family as well as our pets and always trusted him completely with their care. I now have 3 cats and most often see Dr. Sigg. Her care is a reflection of the standards that have been set over the years. The office staff has always been kind and helpful and seem to enjoy working for WVH. I have noticed that much of the staff has been there for a long time. That says a lot! I travel from Zelienople to see these folks, and truly believe my pets get the very best care there.

Very Knowledgeable and Compassionate. We have been using the WVH for 27 years. While everyone there is great, Lynn is outstanding. She "gets it". And, we can't say enough about Dr. Sigg. We recently lost the most special bearded collie ever. She helped us through such a difficult time. The photo posted above is our other bearded collie. She has noise fears and has been very problematic. Just yesterday, we took her to Dr. Sigg to see if there was anything more we could do. She increased her medication just slightly and recommended a behaviorist. Last night, despite thunderstorm rumblings, Kaleigh played ball and relaxed in her pool. Dr. Sigg is a wonderful addition to the practice!
