The staff and care we received was AMAZING. They were genuinely caring and concerned for our pet. Our dog was hit by a truck and in very serious condition. Unlike another hospital we stopped at first, they did not ask me for my checkbook first before treating our dog. They scooped her up in their arms (literally) and begin to tend to her needs first. They were so loving and repaired all her wounds excellently. She will be back to normal soon. Thank you Banfield. You saved our dogs life!!

They did what they said they would do. Their prices seem high. Staff and Vets very knowledgeable.

I had to take my dog there tonight because she was experiencing neck pain. I didn't have an appointment and was happy to learn walk-ins are welcome. I did have to wait a while for those with scheduled appointments to be seen but that is understandable. Dr. Jeon was wonderful with my dog, talking to her in a soothing voice and making her feel safe and comfortable before he proceeded with the exam. He gave her a thorough examination and I didn't feel like we were being rushed out of there. The exam and a week's worth of pain medication was $57.00, I didn't think that was bad at all. The veterinary assistant even measured out the week's worth of liquid medicine in 7 syringes (I didn't ask her to do this) so I could easily administer it to my chihuahua. All in all it was a good experience for my dog and me.
