Thank you to the staff at Hill St Veterinary Hospital. They are the most caring people ever! They made my feel very comfortable. You can tell they are animal lovers.

It was a terrible experience! The vet, Dr. Elizabeth Valles was very rude and patronizing. I was overcharged for my visit, charging me for services I never received. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, they just turned a deaf ear. I'd never recommend anybody to take their pets there!

Took my rescue kitty in for an emergency appointment an saw Dr. Haun. No bedside manner, but he got kitty fixed up. Gave them another chance today, hoping it was just the emergency situation that made the first visit notsogood. He NEVER listened to what I was saying, proceeded to give my PREGNANT cat "shots"...didn't even tell me what he was injecting - I had to ask the ladies at the front desk. He vaccinated her for rabies along with FRVCP, which any reputable vet will tell CANNOT be given to pregnant cats! Now, I need to find a real vet in the morning, pay to have an ultrasound to see if he killed the kittens, and then deal with the possible neurological complications or stillborn/mummified kittens. I'm appalled at this man! He seriously has his own agenda and doesn't bother to listen to what you're telling him about the animal before he just starts doing things. I will NEVER take any animal in here again. It's a shame, because the other 2 vets MIGHT be okay, but I cannot trust this place to find out.

Hill Street Vet - I never used them before. My dog was extremely sick and my normal vet could not see her for 3 days! All called around to 7 animal hospitals in the area, no one could get her in! Thank God I called Hill Street Vet! They made an appt for me that evening and caught a serious problem my dog had! Thank God that they are not just about the bottom line and actually care about animals.

Very rude. Admitted they overcharged me, but did nothing about it.
