As a long time repeat customer of Morgan’s Paws both for boarding and their grooming services I was very disappointed to say the least when our $25 deposit was sacrificed when we cancelled our boarding for one night. My wife was told we only gave them 46 hours’ notice and they require 48! A bit stunned by this she requested that we use the deposit for the next time we boarded our Lab or had her groomed. Normally a business would accommodate such a reasonable request, particularly from folks they have a relationship with. I called Morgan’s Paws myself and spoke with manager Carla who has the customer relationship skills of a rabid wolf. Pleading my case to Carla I was informed “that’s our policy!” I stated to her “that is the worst thing you can say to a customer!” At which time she said “thank you” and hung up on me. If Carla is the owner I suppose she can do as she wishes. If I was the owner Carla would take Customer Relationship 101, and should she repeat her rude behavior to anyone again I would dismiss her. Ok Morgan’s Paws, you have my twenty five bucks, but another kennel will get the hundreds of dollars I will spend on boarding and grooming in the future. Business is never so good that you can justify treating your customers with a total lack of respect.

I went there for the free dog vaccine clinic that they are having a special on this month and this place was the best that I had been to so far. They were quick, caring, courteous, clean, and more. I grew up on farms, helped with large breed animal rescue and have had pets all my life. So I have been around vets, and hospitals. I have also been to many of these clinics in the southern York co. to Maryland Line. I also took my cat which was not free but their prices were reasonable for getting her done at the same time. I was very satisfied with my time there and highly recommend them. I will be returning next month for micro- chipping. Thank you for caring about people's pets enough to hold a clinic in your neighborhood. As times get rough, us pet owners still want to be able to afford to take care of our pets.

We have been going to Morgans Paws for about 3 years. We board our dogs and cats there, and the dogs go to daycare once a week. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. They know our dogs by name, and are comfortable handling our very hyper yellow lab. I used to work at a kennel, so there were a couple things I tried to notice when we first started going. First - are the dogs excited to get there? (Always.) Second - do the dogs show any hesitation at being handled by any of the employees? (Never.) Third - do the dogs show any signs of anxiety after leaving? (Nope.) The dogs seem very comfortable, which tells me that the employees are kind and that the facilities are adequate. The dogs are always super tired when they get home from daycare. It's wonderful socialization and exercise. If I ever wonder if they're having fun, I can just check in on them via webcam. It's true that you can't go back and see where the the dogs stay. They say that it's for insurance purposes, and that makes sense to me. Where I used to work we were very cautious about who went back into the kennel area. I have recommended Morgans Paws to several people at the John Rudy dog park. If you're a dog lover in the area, ask around. This is a great place for dogs.

I am very pleased with the way a complaint was handled. Both the owner and the general manager contacted me to resolve an issue, which proves to me that they care about the business. I have no doubt that they will take care of my dog with the same kind of love I give him every day. Thank you, Teesh and Karla for taking care of this issue.

Recently we traveled to York from New Hampshire with our 4 dogs. We decided to board our dogs this trip as we were very busy with family matters. They would stay for 3 days. I checked several local kennels before coming to York. I found Morgan's to be very accomodating for me with my dogs.I spoke with them several times prior to our arrival making sure all paperwork was in order. Each time I spoke with someone from Morgan's they very pleasant, helpful and excited to meet my "family". Their check in and pick up times worked out great. My dogs were able to stay together in their "room" with their own blankets and toys. The staff at Morgan's walked them daily. There is a large play area with lots of other dogs to play with. I was able to access the web cam and watch them in the play area. I did have some trouble at first accessing the web cam but when I called Morgan's they stepped me through the process and it worked out well. This was very comforting for me knowing I could "check in" anytime. When I picked them up from Morgan's they were exhausted from playing. I knew they had a GREAT time! I plan on boarding them again at Morgan's when we return in a few months. It was fun for them as well as a break for mommy and daddy.The staff were absolutely wonderful. and caring. I would HIGHLY recommend Morgan's Paw's for both boarding and daycare. Excellant Service!!!!
