I had recently purchased a kitten from the local pet store and at that time they had told me that she was gonna be needing her second set of shots.They also stated that she was treated at this place and that I should call them since she was seen there.When I called a lady answered and asked me if I could hold.After waiting for almost 15 minutes she got back to me and i than proceed to ask her what their charges were for an office visit that i had a kitten i had purchased and was in need of its second set of shots.She spoke to me of the charges and after all was said she comes out and says "well we aren't taken new patients right now". Well I than told her where I had purchased the animal and that I was instructed by the shop to contact them seeing she was already seen there. Which would mean she was already a patient.Again she put me on hold.... only to come back and say no we aren't taking no new patients. Now that would normally be fine... But one would think if they werent taking new patients why wouldnt that be the first thing that was said on there automated machine when you first call so that you wouldnt have to wait 15 minutes on hold .. and then have a woman EXPLAIN the fees to tell you they aren't taking new patients. I'm very disappointed....
