I will say that I really enjoyed this clinics service initially but in time i found them lacking my expectations and constantly feel as if I'm being sold a product. Friendly but not the most professional service in the area!

I used to take all of my cats and dogs to EGAH. They used to have different doctors working there, who were terrific. They are one of the highest priced vets, but the doctors made it worth it. Since they left and new doctors like Dr Amy came on board, the place has gone downhill. They are money hungry and suggest all kinds of tests and treatments that are not necessary just to make money. Poor customer service, expensive vet, long waits every single time I went. Glad I left them.

10 years ago this was the place to take your dog if you wanted a quality vet and proper care.Currently this place is one of the worst animal hospitals i have EVER been to. My 4 year old small breed dog (5lbs) was given a medication that she had a very bad reaction to. She nearly died. When I took her to Ocean State Vets for emergency care they informed me this medication was NOT needed for her health and is KNOWN to cause severe reactions especially in small breeds. This was not the standard course of treatment but merely a way for them to charge me an extra 50 dollars.
